Tips for clean results

Cover the mark completely, with a small margin. For long captions, erase one line at a time. High quality mode (LaMa) is better for text over detailed textures such as fabric, foliage or brick.

Use it responsibly

Only remove watermarks from images you own or have permission to edit. Removing a copyright notice from someone else’s work may violate their rights and the law in your country.

Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The AI model is downloaded to your browser and runs on your own device. Your photos and the results never leave your computer or phone, and nothing is stored on our servers.

Why is there a download the first time?

The AI model has to be on your device to work offline and privately. It is downloaded once, only after you agree, and kept in your browser cache, so later visits start instantly without downloading it again.

Can it remove a watermark covering the whole image?

Large, semi-transparent watermarks across the entire photo are hard for any tool. Small corner logos, date stamps, captions and stickers give the best results.
